I'm afraid I'm no help. But, I'm not sure how much you've read in Japanese about Japanese grammar, BUT, in case it helps, discussions of verbs I've read in linguistic books for "regular literate adult readers interested in how our language works" discuss the different ways that nouns associate with verbs, and give ガ格、ヲ格、etc for the way a noun is actor with が、the thing acted on (目的語 or what)with を, like that.
I don't know the English terms for those. But! Of course they don't have any worry about the kind or number of the actor (the ガ格, I can't say "subject" for various reasons) .
Maybe if you start surfing around 動詞・ガ格・ヲ格, or look up 人称 ("person" I suppose, anyway there's 一人称・二人称・三人称 etc) you can find some better links to actual resources?
I did a google search of 「日本語における二人称」and got some hits for stuff that can maybe be interesting, but then, I'm not a linguist so dunno. Things I might like to read later anyway :)
I do think if you look up in Japanese you can avoid the "let's explain things how they're used for foreigners" type pages though.
