Found this mysterious dedication in one of the Berlitz phrasebooks I have on my shelf. The book is titled "Hebrew for Travelers", and I have no recollection of where I got it from. The inscriptions says ... well, I haven't got a clue. Looks a bit like Greek to me. Any ideas?
