Does anybody know what "Roonschen Heeresreform" is? I can't find an English description and I'm trying to translate a German text about it.
Thanks!

'sche is generally used to identify the person to whom a certain principle, theory or concept it attributed, therefore in English you'd probably put it "Roon's Military Reform" or something along those lines.

The reform of the Prussian army, associated with Roon, which multiplied its fighting strength and made it able to face and help defeat Napoleon, who had earlier inflicted an annihilating and wholly unexpected defeat on the Prussians at Jena/Friedland.
