translation help
I employs students at a helpdesk in a language/media resource center. They often leave the desk door-flap thing open, and I am putting up a sign to remind them to keep it closed, and I thought I'd try it in other languages that they study/speak. I had used the phrase "Please keep this closed" but that's a bit awkward, so "close this, please" works as well. The big issue is that it's not really what one would call a traditional "door", I can't think of a good word so I've just said "this" and that sounds a little odd too... Anyway, could you please look at what I have and correct any mistakes, and if you know how to say this in Spanish, French, Russian, or Gaelic, please let me know? Thanks!

EDIT: The door thing is like a door, only it opens up, rather than out. Basically it is a piece of the desk that is either up (open) or down (closed) that they have to lift to get in and our of the desk area.
