More help with Arabic names

in ladino (and i'm assuming medieval spanish) /x/ is pronounced like /ʃ/, so the name seems like it might be al-sheniz. sheniz appears to occur almost exclusively among south asian and turkish muslims, but other than that, i'm coming up empty.

el partal appears to be the name for a specific part of the alhambra in granada.

By the early modern period, /ʃ/ had fallen together with /ʒ/ and /ʤ/ as /x/ and was often used indiscriminately regardless of etymological origin (as is the case in modern Galician). So "Xeniz" could also represent an earlier *Janiz. There are similar issues with , which could represent any one of about half a dozen Arabic sounds.
