Podcasts

Soon I will be facing hour/hour-and-a-half long commutes (each way) to work, and I can't read on buses, so I would really like my bus transit time not to be dead time in my day, so I come seeking your best recommendations for language podcasts.

I'm not picky as to the language, otherwise I could just search for "X language+podcast", I'll take anything at this point that can stimulate my brain and teach me some basics.

My specifications:
  • downloadable MP3/WMA format (from the sites directly, not from iTunes, since I don't have that program nor do I wish to install it)
  • free, or with a no-cost trial subscription so I can take a look and see if I like it
  • a definite structure - that is, not just random phrases, but a step-by-step progression through the lessons
  • basic explanation of grammar and grammatical structures used
  • transcripts available (preferably PDFs) that I could then review later

Something along the structure of ChinesePod would be ideal. I really like the way they have things set up. But I want to diversify from Mandarin into other languages as well. Any Korean, Swahili, Malayalam, Turkish or Swedish would be ideal, I have yet to find a decent Korean podcast (I found one Korean podcast, but they only seem to have three haphazard lessons, so not what I'm looking for). Any languages, however, are welcome.

Thanks for your recommendations.
