Nahuatl

So, this has probably been asked a while ago, but I'm asking again.

How have some of you approached learning classical languages? Specifically, Sanskrit and [classical] Nahuatl?

Also, what resources to you recommend on Nahuatl? (I imagine of course that many if not most would be in Spanish, which is not necessarily a deterrent).
