Orthography question
Just wondering, but how examples in natural writing systems are there of alternate forms of letters/characters that are pronounced the same way and treated as the same phoneme, but which have different implications in written language? (eg. capital letters in languages using the Roman alphabet, final letters in Hebrew/Arabic, or katakana in Japanese) Anyone know of any others?
