So my honors program at college likes to be cute, so instead of writing "blah blah blah" or "the quick brown fox..." to fill in the space on the "Example Research Paper" on its website, it repeats the following phrase over and over:

It's filler text, snatches of Latin, yes. Real Latin, ummm...

I know that, but the beginning's corrupted, and usually when you see it they divide the words all wrong. It used to be Cicero, now it's just garble.
