(no subject)
We get our bed today! I went and chose one on Saturday. it's firm with a pillow top making it really soft too. it'll be real good for Marc's back. I'm really sick of squishy beds. I can't sleep on them. they're terrible. So I got a $700 bed and 550 thread count sheets. it'll be so freaking comfortable. way better than our sofa bed. It'll be delivered between 5:30 and 8:30 which is great since i get off at 5.
I finished the coffee table yesterday. it's not too shabby. it's in the apartment already. with the sofa bed out it doesn't fit too well but that'll be folded up today for a long long time.
If you're listening to Q102 and you here an impression of Scarface, Bill Clinton, Christopher Walken, or some other guys, then you are listening to my beautiful boyfriend. it's pretty awesome. he put together clips with one of his coworkers for between songs. he said that he would edit them and they would definetly be used. shouldn't be much longer till he has a part-time on-air position on one of the stations. he likes his job now but it's so irregular that we can't count on his paycheck. that's okay though. i know he does his best. I can afford all the bills on my own anyway.
oh yeah, my pay recently went up $1.50 'cause I switched departments. I'm not working for the Dean. I have to totally redo the filing system here. she was freaking out at her secretaries over it and decided to make me do it. it'll take weeks. it's a disaster and there's a hallway full of filing cabinets. As it is, I have 10 pages that I have to type onto labels today.
speaking of which, I better get to work.
