FAQ:
Q: Why are the prices so cheap?
A: The prices are cheap because they’re converted from RMB (Chinese currency) to USD. All prices include the commision fee ( $2 ) and items will be shipped via China Express, which is used by the suppliers company.
Q: Are these items legit?
A: This goes by what you believe. We haven’t had a problem with the supplier yet^^
Q: Why is shipping not included yet?
A: Because we may do a huge order or just a small order. Shipping will be included if it’s a personal order. Personal orders will be charged 10-15 dollars because the items are being shipped from China to the USA.
Q: How much is the commission fee?
A: For now, its $2 dollars. If the order is over 60 dollars, there will be no fee.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: USD concealed cash and PayPal only.
Q: Can you get ________ for me?
A: If you can find a picture we can definitely do it XD
Q: How much is shipping?
A: The items will end up being between $4-5 dollars because we will combine a few orders together thus discounting your shipping rate.
Q: Can I get a discount if I buy more?
A: Yes! The more you buy, the more willing we are to give you a discount and negotiate prices with you!
Q: How long will it take to arrive?
A: This depends on how big my order has been when ordering. The products will arrive at my suppliers company in which by then I would need to have the money by and then it will be sent out directly to me. I may just ask her if she is willing to send to your address because to be honest, shipping is crazy expensive these days.
Q: What currency do you accept?
A: we accept any currency via Paypal but ONLY CC IN USD.
Q: Do you prefer paypal or cc?
A: Paypal - we both have experienced trouble sending CC to each other.You are still allowed to send it to me in which afterwards I will contact you when I have received it.
Q: What if we never receive the item or you have never received our payment?
A: If you have not received your package after ONE MONTH, I will refund all your money. Please do not trick or harass me because we will not hesitate to blacklist you from the shoppe because we will have all orders on tracking id. Do not come crying to me when your package does not come to your door. It will be your own fault for not reading the faq. If you are having trouble, we will arrange for a monthly plan to help you.
Q: Help! I cannot pay for my item fully. Do you have a payment plan?
A: We can help you and order this , however It will remain with us until you pay in full. We need at least a 50% deposit so that we know you are serious about ordering!
