The swings! And the slides. And the climbing. I think that I like it all.

Is it the same as sliding and climbing while training normally?

There normally are not the things for sliding or climbing, aside from trees. This gives variety in the workout, and one can feel young at heart while they work out!

If it is more fun with playground designs, why don't more adult equipments be designed like that, I wonder?

Because for some reason many adults are afraid of being seen as being child-like. Child-like is not the same as childish, but not all know this.

How would you define child-like and childish?

Child-like is embracing life and living in the moment, not worried about what stress tomorrow might bring.

Childish is ignoring the consequences of your actions and being immature.

Are those definitions really different? I would suppose that not being concerned about the future may lead to unwanted consequences.

Not worrying does not mean you ignore it. It means that you do not worry about things that are beyond your control, but you are aware of your actions. Childish is to be upset when your actions have consequences.

How does one become someone who doesn't worry? There are so many things beyond our control here...

What does it help to worry about something you cannot change? Work on what you can, and what is beyond your control do not let stress you.

It is not that it helps, but the worry just comes.

If I wish to learn to become child-like, how do you think I should start?

Embrace life, every moment of it. Do not waste it dwelling on what could have been and is not. Live in a way that avoids regrets as much as possible, even when it is challenging. Especially if it is challenging!
