It seems as if there is more to this world than first appearances. I gather that this- changing of things has happened before?

I was only able to gain a little knowledge in my studies before the change, and- other matters arised. I'm finding some references to the number 13- and the color black. I still need to do some more research.

Have you heard about the Four Giants yet?

No- I haven't found any mention of them yet. Who are they?

In a world...set parallel to this, so I have heard, legend tells of a mythic Termina. Four giants who shaped the world each went their separate ways from this spot, at the center of Clocktown. This festival of time marks the day of their parting. Each taking the cardinal directions, they left a small friend behind, who grew bitter in their absence, fell to darkness and was cursed.

And is that- why all of this is happening? This world change?

I am uncertain what caused the world to change, but I do know that someone from World's End is no stranger to Termina.

Perhaps the connections that allow the scenery's change lies within memory of the people within it, or perhaps another link of the heart. Or perhaps it is another phenomenon of the Dark Tower?

As for the moon...well, it seems to be a case of 'the sky is falling', doesn't it?

That would make a lot of sense. As to what is causing the memories to manifest is another question entirely.

It is hardly the end of speculation. But perhaps the alignment of those colored beams, in conjunction with the position of the Dark Tower, have some effect on the- ah, was it 'baser emotions', the old text said? Yes, and linked to emotion, memories of the heart might awaken another world to a forefront of consciousness...

Which leaves me to wonder if the shared reality of these 'shifts' are true changes to the landscape of World's End at all, or merely extended shared illusions, much like the nights of dreams. Perhaps we are only sleepwalkers now.

The only puzzle that hypothesis presents is that, judging by what I have been told of using these times as supply gathering opportunities, objects recovered from these 'visited' worlds remain in World's End when things have returned to normal.
