I dropped out, though I waited all day yesterday to do so. I was gonna take the extension, but when Mette was hinting that, for where I was word count wise, it wasn't really gonna work in my favor, I caved.

And like I told her, I'm truly not feeling the story like I was when I started (at least, not enough to try to cram another 14,000 words into it). I'll probably add a few more scenes, finish a few more that I left halfway, and call it done... but I'll be lucky to even get to 10,000 words at this point.

That, and I didn't want to add another 14,000 words on top of the 50,000 I have to try to write for NaNo.
