(no subject)
My christmas was alright this year.
I was really upset last night though because Jason never called me and I even reminded him 3 times to call me on christmas eve but he didn't!
And then he got upset when I yelled at him about it and was like, "I don't understand why I should have called you the day before christmas. I thought you did not believe in this shit anyways?"
And I was like, "Well to me christmas is about being with people you love and things, not about religion, and since you can't be here this year, I just wanted a phone call."
And so then he said, "Well I still don't understand, but I guess it's my fault."
So that was about it.
Then he got online at the office and we were talking about the trip we have been planning for March, and he was going to call a priest in Dubai to see about the marriage and make sure we can do it and stuff. So then I felt better.
But anyways, yeah, christmas eve this year was, uhm... interesting. My grandparents are so senile! My grandma addressed a present "To: Pat From: Jim and Pat"
So then she opened it! And she was like, "Oh! I got these things for 2 other people!" And then we tried to tell her she had the present adressed to herself and she didn't believe us! She was like, "I did not! Why would I do that?! You are just trying to make me think I am crazy!"
Ahhh... *sighs and shakes head*
My aunt called last night from Australia to wish everyone a merry christmas! I talked to her and my cousin Laura for a bit. (Thank Bob I avoided Megan!) So that was kinda nice too.
Today was okie though. I opened gifts here with my parents and my other grandma and we ate breakfast and stuff... and then we went to my aunt and uncle's for some drinks and then dinner and then more presents. And my little cousin Hannah was there! So that was nice! :) She is just the cutest!
I got some nice stuff for christmas too.
I got 2 pairs of nice pajamas, a Mr. Coffee maker, a neato pop corn maker, a stir fry pan, and some money!
I also got a bunch of clothes that don't fit me and even if they did I probably would not wear them! I HATE when people buy me clothes! GET ME A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR FUCK'S SAKE! Grrr... so now I just have to go return/exchange it all tomorrow I guess.
Ack! Tomorrow is going ot be so busy!
I have stuff to do and my friends from high school are all gonna come over for pizza and chips and to play games and just catch up on everything!
I really hope Skye can make it. I guess niether her or her boyfriend have drivers licenses (grrr!!!) so if they come someone has to pick them up... and it won't be me if the roads are at all snowy tomorrow!
But at least I guess Kim and Kesha and Matt will all be here! :)
