2007....
2007 has been over for 3 weeks now and I never really reflected on it too much so here goes.
1.What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
Is it wrong that I can't think of anything for this question???
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I had no resolutions last year. I don't really believe that you need to start doing something or stop doing something just because it is a new year. That being said, we are trying to eat at home more often this year. Not really a resolution for 2008 but just something we are trying to change permanently.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Not in 2007, but my cousin is due in a couple weeks with a GIRL!!!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Not anybody close, thankfully.
5. What countries did you visit?
USA and Canada (because i live there)
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
Savings! Now that I am working full time I have starting a savings fund for C and I...so far so good!
7. What dates from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Sept 15- One year anniversary
Feb 14-Best Valentine's Day I ever had
Jan 1-celebrating New Years on a rooftop in Brooklyn, NY while fireworks went off over the brooklyn bridge.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Getting a permanent full time job.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Still having my thesis at a standstill.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nothing major. Just the usual colds and flus.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Our puppy Charger!!!!
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Um, I don't know anyone who did anything that phenomenal in 2007.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Noone sticks out in my mind for this one.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Bills...the little money i did have in 2007.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Nothing in particular
16. What song will always remind you of 2007?
Sexyback-Justin Timberlake....that is an inside joke though.
17. Compared to this time last year, are you: a) happier or sadder? b) thinner or fatter? c) richer or poorer?
Happier, neither and richer.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
exercising.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Nothing.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
spent christmas with family as usual :)
21. Did you fall in love in 2007?
I was already in love but I definitely fell more in love!
22. What was your favorite TV program?
Weeds, CSI, Prison Break.
23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
CAn't say that I hare anyone new but I definitely still have hatred towards some of the same people.
24. What was the best book you read?
Um, I can't recall any book that sticks out as the best one.
25. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Not a discovery really, but a rediscovery of some great classic rock songs.
26. What did you want and get?
I wanted an Ipod for when i go to the gym and I got one from C. I also wanted a pet and we got a chocolate lab puppy!
27. What did you want and not get?
There were a lot of jobs I wanted that I didn't get but I have a job I really like right now.
28. What was your favorite film of this year?
Knocked Up was my fav comedy of the year. I thought 2007 was a little but lacklustre in the film department though.
29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 26, and I had a party in C's backyard with some great friends.
30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
I had a great year and I don't think there is one thing that would have made my year more satisfying....well perhaps getting some closure with my thesis.

Comfy casual at home, business casual for work
