what is it going to take?...
Since I have been working at UPC, 4 years now, I have seen no less than 25 car accidents at the same intersection. Lakonotosa and Rouse seems to be the spot for minor accidents to happen. Although they have not all been minor. Today another one happened. The city officials say they are not going to put a light up at the intersection until they widen the road. They have not even begun construction on this project! It is VERY frustrating to me!!!
