cold hands, tired eyes
Having a fear of puke when everyone is getting the stomach flu is absolutely horrible.
In other news, I went home over the weekend to see Austin at All-State. Other than going to Peoria my weekend was pretty uneventful. Hung out with my dad friday night, watched a movie sunday. But it was kinda nice. My mom was at a conference this weekend so I didn't get to see her, but she's coming down wednesday through friday to see me (and 'cause she has lots of vacation time to use up). I'm pretty excited to see her. I missed her :) the thing is, is that I look like someone who really can't get away from home. Only, I can. I just...I dunno. I appreciate it a whole lot when I get to spend time with my family now. When I was at home I didn't really feel a need to spend time with my family, but now that I'm out of the house I treat them more as friends. It's nice.
I have a paper due wednesday. I think my roommate's already done with it. I haven't started. It's comforting though, because for awhile I was getting kinda worried. I mean, I was actually caught up on my homework every single night! No worries though--I'm back to my normal, procrastinatious self.
Anyway, I've gotta go to class. Then I'm thinking a nap could be absolutely wonderful.
