weekend
I finished a book that I got from the Cheney library on Tuesday afternoon- Whence Came the Prince by Liz Curtis Higgs. Now I'm sad because it's done. Oh well. I'll probably drop it off after Church tomorrow. I am planning on going to the JFK library here on campus after lunch tomorrow because I want to find more good books, but also because Annette has a meeting there and I figured I would just find books while she has her meeting.
I am starting to write a daily devotional book. Today I wrote the first two. They are about 250 words each, so a half page. Honestly, If I have the perseverance to write 366 devotions, or 91,500 woords, or 185 pages, and actually get it published by a known publisher, I could very well have my student debt gone in by the time it's been on Christian bookstore shelves for a year. That would be cool. I figure that I should carry out my dreams. If I don't get published, at least I can say that I have a wealth of Bible teachings for my own reference, so all is not lost.
I am actually doing some homework today... some not all mind you! I'll most likely save my Spanish for Sunday afternoon, like normal.
