Whew...
I had a long weekend, getting Friday off because of Good Friday. I met Dr. Daniel for coffee to go over some translation work I had done, and then go to Barnes & Noble and check out some Spanish literature. And Tony and I went to dinner at Pulido's (yum!) then watched "Enchanted" at home. It was really cute!
Saturday was not such a great day. I was really anxious for no apparent reason, and didn't really do much during the day. But when Tony got home, we went to dinner and bowling.
Sunday morning Tony and I made a big Easter breakfast; French toast and scrambled eggs. He went off to work, and I played video games most of the day. When he got home, we figured out that his parents weren't going to eat Easter dinner until after Trudy got off work, around 8:30 PM. So we had our own (slightly unconventional) Easter dinner of Rotisserie chicken from Wal-Mart. Ha, ha. But we also had corn, green beans, and flavored noodles.
And today...oh, boy. I woke up this morning with a flat tire, but didn't realize it until I'd already driven a block. So I had to turn around and go back home, wake up Tony and get him to change it for me. I got to work a half an hour late, then used up my lunch break to go get the tire replaced, so I didn't get to eat lunch. I've been sneaking quick bites here and there from the lunch I brought to work with me, so it should hold me over until dinner. And of course, with the three day weekend, there was a TON of mail to sort through today, but I'm finally done with it all. So at least I still have a couple hours to goof around online before I go home. :o)
