Yesterday was rather interesting. Some sort of fire was in the science building, so we had to stand outside for 15 minutes while the firemen came and sorted things out.
On our way to painting, me and Danielle noticed a bunch of kids coming down the theater hallway with gelato ice cream. I saw Todd (Mr. Royce, the substitute.) and asked him what all the ice cream was for. He said there was some banquet meeting and they had donuts, gelato, and water. He said we could take some if we wanted. So we walked right into the theater lobby and grabbed some ice cream, then walked out. It was pretty sweet.
Mr. Konstant gave the finger in Economics. He was demonstrating how Nixon went to some South American country and did his little peace sign thing. Down there it means the same as the finger, so Mr. K flipped it. He seemed to enjoy it.
We read Anitgone in English. I’m Antigone and Mr. Cain read King Creon. So we were arguing about the rules of God and the King’s rules (through the characters). I saw him after school that day and asked him if he did drama club in high school. He said no, and I said he was very Enthusiastic when he read that day.
Now I need to get back to packing for the overnight trip tomorrow with outing club. It’s going to rain all weekend. This ought to be fun.
