So unmotivated...

Well another weekend has come and gone, with little accomplished in the homework area. On Friday I went home and hung out with Britt, which was great fun. Then I tried to research a bit for my 15 page history paper due sometime soon, not really sure when. Didn't happen. Then Saturday I got up early (8am people!) showered, and came BACK to Mount Mary to tell 3 people about the foreign language department on preview day. Two were ho-hum, and the last one actually excited but she's only a SOPHOMORE in high school and just thought this would be "fun". Oh my God. Then I tried to research a bit for my 15 page history paper. Didn't happen. I believe I talked to Dailo and then did my French homework which is way more exciting than the Spanish-American War (The Spaniards were real jerks to the Cubans and the Filipinos! Madre Mía!). Then ran to the mall to pick up a birthday present for Ka where I spent over an entire hour in Hallmark trying to find a non-dumbass card. We went to dinner at Pedro's. Great Sangría, bad Enchilada. My stomach felt weird after eating it, and it wasn't good at all. There you get one (well its size is the equivalent of two) enchilada for 7.50 and El Matador gives you three medium sized ones which taste EXCELLENT cuz they use their secret sauce, for only 5.95!! It's the best, really! But it was nice to go out and celebrate w/Ka, Lada, Sara and others. Today I got a phone call from Gara from England!! It was great! We spoke mostly in Spanish tho because Gara says she can't understand "American English". Didn't matter to me, it was great to talk to her! Then I tried to research a bit for my 15 page history paper. It happened!! But..only a little. Now i'm trying to do it but I don't want to. I really want to play SuperMario 3. I got hooked on it over Spring break. I'm actually only on level 5. But I've been trying to see if I can beat it from the beginning. I already used my Pwings:( The stupid giant japanese fish kept eating me in World 4. Oh well. I really should get going. There was a fire here at MMC last night and it reeks a "god-danged ton" in my room. At least I wasn't here to experience the 6am fire drill.
Well, I think I'm going to finish (hurrah!) taking notes, or at least some, so I can make out a feasible outline and bibliography. They're not graded but Sister L.M. Bos always tells me I'm not going to graduate unless I "do my work". What does that mean? Of all the miscreants in my class, why does she think I'm not turning in or going to turn in my work? She doesn't have foresight does she? Good grief.
So 'nuf said. I'm going to be productive, yes!!!
