Lindsay Marie Harrison
This post is about another one of my best friends--Lindsay Harrison.
I went to pre-school with Lindsay, so I've known her for many many years. My first memory of us being friends is from the 2nd semester of 8th grade when she was always with John in the band room at lunch. Ellen and I began eating with them, until Lindsay spilled her tray of mashed potatoes, chicken, and strawberries in the band room floor. After that year, we couldn't eat in there anymore, and we always teased Lindsay about it. Anyways, last year, I got to know Lindsay alot better and she became one of my best friends. I remember last year the first semester almost every Friday night was spent doing something with Lindsay, John, and Zach. Alot of the time, Lindsay would stay with me or I would stay with her. In January, when a bunch of crap was happening, Lindsay was there for me, and she got me through that, along with John. I can remember her getting really mad at John one time when Zach and I were over there and John was on speaker phone and Lindsay was mad at John and John was getting mad at Zach. Then, Zach left and Lindsay was okay and John was okay. I don't know why I remember that, but I do. Lindsay is one of the most caring, loving, funny, trustworthy people I know.
It's really hard to pick a song that reminds me of Lindsay, nothing really just jumps out at me. I think it would be "Lose Control" by Missy Elliot just because the dance team did that routine SO MANY times. My computer is being dumb so It won't let me post the lyrics, so look them up if you've never heard the song.
I love you Lindsay, thanks for being such a great friend.
