Rull Boring
Sooooo incredibly happy that today is Friday. Yesterday, I got really stressed out. And I'm not even entirely sure why. I didn't really have anything due...no tests, no quizzes. Just had a small anxiety attack for no apparent reason. Which is nice.
I do really love my job, but I hate Fridays. Mostly because when I get out of class at 1:50pm the last thing I want to do is drive half an hour to sit in a hot cafeteria or on a playground for two hours. Although, today the weather is nice, so it shouldn't be too bad. It doesn't make any sense, but every classroom in that school has air conditioning and the cafeteria does not. The one room that holds the most bodies at one time. Back when I first started, it got really really hot. Good story, Lindsey.
I have my first official test a week from today in Computer Science...that should be a fun one. And I have a couple journal assignments I should really do for my Comm342 class, considering they're less like journals and more like three page papers with APA style citation...and I'm not really fluent with APA. I'm an MLA girl all the way. Wow, english nerd in me just came out with some serious force.
I'm hanging out with Tasha and Carrie tonight and I'm really excited. I just talked to Tasha on the phone and I realized that I hadn't seen her since last Friday. I think that's the longest I've gone without seeing her since I moved home. Craziness. And I saw Carrie on campus today...that was maybe the second time this year (I think our schedules are nothing alike)...anyway, she was wearing the t-shirt I got her for her birthday two years ago. And it made me smile.
