This was by far the hardest day of my diet thus far, because I was at a birthday party. There was barely anything there I could eat, and I had to bring my own meat for the grill. Under worst case circumstances, I could've probably ate the burgers there, but I know they weren't very lean. My brother eats brats, bacon, and said ground beef is okay, but I'm going to try and be careful about those, not letting them become a big part of my diet in the first 30 days. I had my first real craving this day, as well. When one of the two cakes was opened, I got a big smell of the frosting, and it triggered a strong desire for a piece of cake. I was so tempted to put my finger in some of the leftover frosting and take just a little bit. It was also sort of hard to be the only person not drinking at this party, other than the kids.
