K so basically I am updating my LiveJournal for KRISTA.
I’ve been telling Krista since March that I’d start updating it and Im definitely just now getting around to it.
Allrighty- Um finals are over and I’ve been in summer mode for like a month now. Lol. My last night at MSU was pretty interesting if I do say so myself. Most of you know the story so I wont bore you with details, but basically I got REALLLLLLY f*ing drunk. My dad called me too.. that was hilarious. He made fun of me so much the next morning when he picked me up.
So yep basically I’ve been really lazy all month. But I start working in June and that means Im going to have like no free time til August. I went to my first training session last Tuesday and they gave us this huge long work manual that Im supposed to read and learn and make sure that I bring to work every day. Basically the whole training session was filling out paper work (which I apparently screwed up cuz I hafta go tomorrow and fix it) and sitting and listening to people talk for 2 hours.
I got my work schedule sent to me online last week and I work on Mondays from 1:30- 6:00 (Im thinkin ..sweet ..easy hours) then Tuesdays 8:30-5:00 (mkay..well that’s not too bad, right? A regular work day) then here’s the killer day.. WEDNESDAY 8:30AM- 11:30PM.. that’s a LOOOOONG fucking day people.. a LOOOOONG fucking day. Thursdays I work 8:30- 5:00 again and Fridays I work 8:30- noon. No weekends, which Im definitely grateful for. I don’t know my July schedule yet, but hopefully at least my Wednesday changes. I guess I wont be too disappointed if it doesn’t though. Its money and lots of hours= lots of money. Lord knows I need the $$.. so im gonna quit my bitching.
This weekend ought to be interesting. Im in charge. I take my Dad to Ann Arbor on Thursday afternoon and he doesn’t come back til sometime Monday. He and his girlfriend are going down to my uncle’s lake house down in Texas for 4 days. Mom would be here cept that shes gotta work, so Im in charge of the house for 4 days. I would be excited but nobody’s gonna be here cuz in Michigan everyone has a cabin up north and of course since it’s a holiday weekend everyone is gonna be at their cabins. Plus Saturday I gotta run my sister around and get her ready for her 2nd prom. This time shes going with her boyfriend to his. So she’s gonna be extra bitchy that day cuz shes even more stressed about being perfect for this one than she was for hers! She looked good though, so I guess it paid off.
Alright Krista, I hope this was enough to satisfy you for my first entry in FOREVER. But its 1:35 am and I still haven’t read through the work manual that Im supposed to have read by tomorrow Lol. I’ll write again later this week.
