Well As things Tend to go I once again got my hopes up only to be smashed to the floor. however they have been brought back up once more....Friday Chris was told that we could not get the loan so we were very down. They said that is score was too low and he had no new credit in his name so all that he did have is bad credit. Well we thought that our dreams of homeownership were gone never to be heard of again. Then Tuesday came along and our realitor's Boss calls Chris at work and says that she is still getting bids for us and can for sure get us a loan with 10% down and will work to get one for 5% down. so once again my hopes are up but I am afraid that if I really start to believe that we will get the house then it will get taken away once more. In other news Houston has freaked out...I do not know if we should stay or not....at this point in time I am supposed to work all weekend so unless Sam's Closes which who knows if it will or not? My Brother called and told us to come to Austin but we talking about maybe going to White Oak since that route would be a little clearer but who knows GRRRRRRR we need tires on the car if we plan on taking it anywhere.
