I really wonder if people ever check Livejournal. MySpace and Facebook are much cooler when it comes to the whole "checking up on what my friend 5 years ago has been up to" thing....
But, being a bit bored, I've chosen to update my friends from 5 years ago...and of course the ones I have seen much more recently.
I still work at Volkswagen. It's getting better, mainly because I have become used to it. Not to mention, every time I sell 4 A8s, A6s, Allroads, or Vehicle Protection Plans, I get a Tigers lottery ticket. Oooh boy! I'm waiting to strike it rich.
I'm also going to Europe, officially! 10 July-29 July to be exact. We will be going to Paris, probably making a day trip somewhere in France, heading to Glasgow and Edinburgh, then flying to GERMANY! I am so excited to see Germany. I have fallen in love with German wine. Not to mention, we're renting a car...a VW Polo probably. Keep in mind, Germany doesn't really have a speed limit on the Autobahn. VW Polo + no speed limit = yikes?
For my birthday, my parents got me a pair of Birkenstocks. They make my feet look really wide, but my goodness, they're like slippers. Screw fashion. I'm at the point in my life where I choose comfort over fashion any day (please see my old lady work shoes).
