I had to come home sick from Folk Fest.
How lame.
At least I saw Hawksley perform and got to meet him. Yyyyyeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaa! His mainstage show was sooo beautiful. Love that man.
Also, I really liked the Afrodizz performance, even though I was basically dying the whole time. Death by watery eyes and plugged sinuses. I want to buy their album.
I would also like to buy the Fo!ps album. Shie-it.
I wish I had gotten a chance to see Mia Dyson.
And Ruthie Foster.
And Jeremy Fisher.
And that Danish duet. I forget their names.
And Bedouin, just because. At least I heard them, albeit very faintly.
Oooh and Chad VanGaalen was also pretty wicked. Must get his album as well.
