Someone on my community posted a list of 10 motivations to lose weight. 10 things they would be able to do, that sort of thing. Goals, rewards, and motivations... all rolled into one. I wrote up mine (Though there are hundreds more reasons than this), and thought I should post it here too so I can look at it whenever I need motivation.

1. Be able to eventually wear a bikini. In public.
2. My husband and I do this thing where we get on our hands and knees and crawl after our son (almost 2 years old) and sort of chase after him while crawling. He LOVES it. I want to be able to do it for more than 5 minutes without getting out of breath and tired out.
3. I want to be able to help carry in groceries (we live in a second floor apartment) without panting and grabbing the railing and barely making it up the stairs after a trip or so.
4. I want to be able to jog a mile.
5. I want to be able to buy knee high boots (I LOVE knee high boots but my calves are too big).
6. I want to get a belly button ring and show it off.
7. Next time I get pregnant I want to be visibly pregnant sooner instead of just looking even heavier than normal. It took till nearly 7 months for it to be completely clear that I was pregnant and not just heavier.
8. I want to be able to shop comfortable and regular clothing stores. I can fit into some of the bigger XLs from Hot Topic, and I fit into the smallest sizes at Torrid, but they often fit funny or are super expensive. I want to be able to shop comfortable and Rue 21, Hot Topic, Charlotte Russe, etc.
9. I want to wear more colorful clothing. I wear almost all dark color shirts because they are slimming and don't reveal my full size. I want to wear all sorts of colors of clothes and feel comfortable in them.
10. I want to have sex with my husband with me on top (sorry for the overshare). I can do it now, its not physically uncomfortable or anything, but I am so self conscious the whole time I can't enjoy it.
