Lunch: egg noodles with corn, broccoli, mozarella cheese, sage, chives, salt, minced onion.
Snack: 2 oatmeal cookies, 120 calories
Dinner: Egg noodles with melted moz cheese and a little 2 percent cheddar cheese, and some smart balance margarine. Good portion size.
2 chocolate oreos.
a glass of cran rasberry juice.
