Bikes

Today I rode a motorbike on the M25 for the first time.

We went up to Brands Hatch to see the practice for the opening race of the British Superbikes (BSB) season, and to decide where to watch the race from on Monday. This meant leaving home at about 8:30, and meeting Ken, my Dad's friend from work, at Tescos at 9. We then rode up the A3, along the M25 and down the A20 (I think it was the A20) to Brands. Dave and my Dad were on the Honda Deauville, Ken was on his CBR600F and I was on my Dad's GS500F (no, I still haven't got the SV650s yet).

We wandered around the track for most of the day, and I ended up spending £55, £10 on a hat and £45 on a shirt (both Rizla Suzuki, the team based at Crescent Suzuki where I test rode an SV650s).

The only downside to all this is the fact that I missed the England match on the TV.
