Going from..


1. Duplicate Base twice.
Set both layers to Screen. Change opacity
depending on how dark your original base is.

2. Curves. (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves)
RGB:
Point 1: input 100 output 70
Point 2: input 190 output 185
Blue:
Point 1: input 77 output 114
Point 2: input 196 output 209
Red:
Point 1: input 80 output 38
Point 2: input 164 output 138

3. New Layer fill with #C4F3F6.
Set to Soft Light 40%.

4. New Layer fill with #C4F3F6 again.
Set to Color Burn 80%.

5. Add Text, etc.

AND YOUR DONE!
