Sitting in a cave for ages gives you plenty of time to think.

Sanity is a relative sense.

I know the Feanorians aren't the most sparklingly normal of people but...woah. :\

Yeah. Gimilkhad's got some serious issues. His wife's alright though. Even if she is periodically bonking her father-in-law.

Ewwwwwww. That is nasty. :\

That's not comperable to being married to your step-brother is it?

Step = Not. Blood. Relative.

I don't know...I just didn't expect to start grilling him like that but it just came out. And he's more complicated than I expected. Ada, love him dearly mind you, has a very straight-forward view of things and I'm not sure it's entirely representative. :\

Don't know what to think about it really. On the one hand I feel liek people deserve a second chance but on the other I feel like I'm being disloyal thinking that.

And he does come across as a right smarmy bastard at times.

Well. You'll have to make your own mind up on that one. Personally, I'd be a hypocrite if I wasn't for second chances... even if some bastards still prove to be utter toss-pots second time around.

Hm. Yes. The Feanorians weren't exactly little angels, it's true. ;)
