Oh man. I'm finally done. All that's left is exams. Well, exams and the project demo tomorrow. I can prepare a little for that, but there's not too much to do. My test image structuring isn't very good, but if I can just pass the assignment and I study for the final, I should be in good shape for the term.
But at least I've finished the graphics project. I don't mean "finished" as in "accomplished all of my objectives", but everything's handed in now and I'm satisfied with that. I have a nice, antialiased 650x500 version of my final scene, a fishtank, to show for it. You can see it
here. There are a few other sizes and such in the
usual place. I'm about to set one or two of the school machines to rendering a couple of desktop-sized images in their spare time. The images, when they are complete, will be in the aforementioned usual place with descriptive names like fishtank1280x1024.png. I'm rendering one 1280x1024, and a monstrous one at 2048x1536. I'm rendering them anti-aliased, because the jaggies just aren't attractive, so don't hold your breath on these. They'll take awhile.
So, tonight I relax and sleep, and if I feel like it prepare for my demo; tomorrow I demo and then dine with my parents (who're coming in tomorrow to sign the poor ol' van's ownership over to an autowrecker) and perhaps girl it up with
gharbad. Wednesday/Thursday, I study for CS480, and following that for PMath 340 and CS488. Then, next Thursday, I move some stuff into my summer room and some stuff home, and then I get a couple weeks' vacation! Woo! Man, studentry is awesome once the projects are out of the way. :-)
