No. She's nearly twice his age, and though I think Peter might be okay with the age gap, I really don't think Laura would. They might become friends. He has a respect for science, despite (or because of) being a wizard, and he's already friendly with another pathologist.
Would 5 and 10?
Laura Hobson/Robbie Lewis is canon, and though I prefer to slash Robbie with James in fic, I think Laura and Robbie do make a good couple.
