Proms in the Park Caerphilly
After last years washout, the Proms in the Park this year was a resounding success! Good weather brought record crowds out. It was a bit nippy in the later evening though- next year I'll be taking more coats/blankets/hat/scarf/gloves !
The 'Go Compare' man, Wynne Evans, was unable to make it due to illness, but his replacement , Andrew Staples, who had to learn some of the pieces just the night before, was more than adequate. Here are some of the highlights.
