on the radio, we heard november rain...
So I have *time check* 3 hours and 19 minutes until my training shift at Swiss Chalet starts, and I'm super excited! Sam's chilling here, too, until her sister picks her up and takes her home later tonight, etc etc. She showed up on Monday (I say "showed up", as though we didn't know she was coming or something) night and has been here since.
I think next year I want to just apply for a work visa in the UK, or do some sort of work exchange and see where that gets me. I could probably muddle through Ireland or Scotland, and I know I'd get used to it after a while, I'm not sure if that 'while' would be contained in the summer months, lol. I might just go out west, though, to BC or Alberta, since I know they're always looking for summer students and such at the hotels. A few of my cousins have gone out there, and I actually was offered a job in Jasper at the beginning of the summer, but I didn't really want to move. But I think it would be cool to get away for a summer, so that's what I'm mulling over now. I might have actually made a decision by next summer, lol, but we'll see.
Monday was Wonderland day with Petra, Nat, and Sarah, and I just have to say: my new love in life is Behemoth. That thing is incredible. It's such a smooth ride and really one of the best rides I've ever been on. Love. We managed to get on it twice, though I imagine once high school gets out we won't be able to get on that often. The line was pretty short because, let's face it, there just weren't a lot of people in the park.
So now Sam's playing Zelda (I think it's Meghans?) and I'm just chilling. We'll do a quick clean up before I peace and then it's off to work, ah! At least Sarah will be with me, though :), that's something cool. And Nat's showing up at 5 I believe, so it will be all of us there! We're taking over, hahaha! *ahem*
That's my life. Now I just need to start earning money. Yay.
