aww...I love my old mix cds
I spent the whole day (well..sort of since I woke up at 3pm) going through all my old stuff. I decided to make a mix cd of 311 and Incubus songs because they remind me of the beach so whenever I do decide to go to the beach I can whip that cd in my cd player and enjoy. I wanted to use my old cheerleading notepad so I went digging for it on my shelf and guess what I came across? 6 months worth of contact lenses!! I was really happy to find them and at the same time really confused. I guess I forgot all about those lenses because I've been wearing the same pair for over a year now(they're monthly contacts too! O_O) so I was really happy I didn't have to spend mula to pick up some new pairs. I also found another box of contact lenses but they weren't mine because they weren't the right degree. I asked my sister and my brother if it was theirs and they said no..wow, I must have lost my mind because I don't rememeber where I put anything.
Then I remember I burned some incubus songs in one of my old mix cds and as I was listening to them I decided to listen to all of them. Man...in high school I use to listen to Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, Green day, Outkast, food fighters, Slipknot, disturbed hahaha isn't that hilarious? I even have a burnt version of that chocolate starfish album from Limp Bizkit and I laughed out loud while I was listening to it. I think I'm just going to pick up a copy of 311's greatest hits album because it has all the songs I want. I don't know I love 311 eventhough it makes me feel like I'm in Hollister or abercrombie and fitch.
Betty came over and we hung out and talked and gossip about a lot of things and I decided to go to Tower Records to get the 311 album but they had it there for $18.99!!!!!!!!! Good Lord!! that's a lot of money! I rather spend that on clothes! I'm going to purchase it on half.com when there's a good price listing. I have to pick up a lot of albums. I got the new Eisley album there for $9.99 though. I still need to pick up Pinback's lastest album. Then we hung out at Ihop and there were these guys who were backing out and all of a sudden they stop in front of our car and one of the guy's start rolling down his window and Betty got mad and drove off and continue to yell "What the hell is the matter with those guys? We weren't blocking them why were they stopped there?!" I told her that they were trying to talk to us and probably wanted to flirt and she was like "oooh...now I'm scared Linda!" haha. She's so funny.
ahh! It's 5am and I have to wake up at 10am to go shopping with Melody I better go to sleep but I'm so use to sleeping late. I have to get a better sleeping pattern.
