A week from today, a band that several of my good friends play in, called Oilhead, is playing at the Middle East in one of those battle of the bands thingamagigs.
This is the 2nd or 3rd in the series, they won the last one.
If any of you are interested in seeing some really great local bands, and helping support some of my friends in the process, please let me know. Tickets are $15 at the door, but I can get them for you for $10.
I'm not sure what other bands are playing that night, but Oilhead is kinda along the lines of Depeche Mode.
