Fairy Oracle update & Facebook page for fans
Hey everyone! Wow, it's been a while since I last updated my Livejournal. After last summer I've been really busy with various work projects. One project closest to my heart is of course The Fairy Oracle deck and book. All the 44 oracle paintings are pretty much done and ready, lot's of new art and unseen pieces that will be revealed when the Oracle finally comes out. Unfortunately we had to postpone the release to next year, 2011. We were hoping to get it done and out before this Christmas, but it turned out to be impossible since it is a rather big project. I feel extremely lucky to have a wonderful publisher like Unio Mystica to work with. The cooperation so far has been so wonderful!
I've had a lot of calls from my Finnish art fans lately, asking me when the release date is and how much the set will cost, unfortunately I can't answer to any of that yet, but hopefully I can soon! I'm guessing the price will be pretty much the same as some other deck sets from the same publisher (for example Doreen Virtue's Angel Oracle cards) probably somewhere between 25-37€
Meanwhile, you can stay tuned and get my latest art related updates from my newly created official fanpage on Facebook. I'm trying to keep my personal Facebook page more private from now on, so I can keep up with my real life friends and my closest online friends there, that's why I felt it was necessary to create a place for my artsy stuff only.
