Positivity day 5
1 Final load of holiday washing(the bedding) is washed and waiting to be put out tomorrow. It usually takes me a fortnight not a week.
2 My cousin Jill has been very ill since the end of August. This afternoon when i dropped in on her she sounded like herself again not the frail old lady she still looks like. HER voice was strong and determined again.
3 I tried on a dress this morning that was a little to tight across the bust 3 months ago and it now fits perfectly. So the healthy eating is still getting weight off me.
