Old Photos
Some time ago the-little-owl posted pictures of a Garden festival near her and it reminded me that I had some photos somewhere of the National Garden Festival held in Ebbw Vale back in 1992. It has took me a while to find the prints and even longer to get them scanned in but now it is done and I will be inflicting them on you over the next few days. I didn't get to go there until the autumn so most of the flowers had bloomed so I concentrated on the hard landscape.

This is what it was
It was the site of one of the largest steel works in South Wales. After it closed and was demolished it was turned into this.
Dragons abounded.
This one has been seen before.
There were a few other animals though.
