headache

to much paint, headaches are coming fast now, think sleeping on sofa would be a good idea, anyways why does paint not cover my ceiling, i am getting cross, am going to have to spraypaint it with car paint as i think thats the only thing that will do the job as is a textured cieling and iv rollerd it and hand painted it about 3 times and the waterstains just wont stop coming through and i just cant be arsed now.
i just want a white ceiling, is that to much to ask.
cant decide on a colour scheme, maybe blue and ivory. or terracotta and yellow, oh i dunno.
