The Men of RENT (picspam!)
Sheila and I rented RENT last night (because we are both pretty poor) and watched it and all of the extras. I fell asleep through the featurette because I was dead tired, but what I saw of it was really touching.
When I got home I watched Boston Legal, and then Vannessa (who hadn't seen RENT) and I watched it. She said that she enjoyed it, but that Season's of Love will haunt her dreams. I watched it once more today with commentary by Chris Columbus, Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal before I had to bring it back to the movie store.
So in celebration of RENT on DVD I bring you a picspam featuring the men of RENT (because they are all so gorgeous).

What's a musical without a group tango scene? I'm listening to Tango Maureen right now, in fact. Oh Mark, I wish I could dance with you and sing about how Maureen "f***ing cheated". I starred it out because I'm a child.
"Merry Christmas, bitches!" According to the commentary Jesse adlibbed that line, and every take he would say something different. I want it on a shirt, like they discussed. ( I realize that this isn't the scene where he says it, but it's pretty much the same.)
This is one of the few pictures I could find of Angel where he/she wasn't in drag. Either way, they are both so lovely together.
