pet peeve....
one of my manga-reading pet peeves: why do the mangaka always think that in North America or the US, "kissing is a common, everyday greeting between two pple" (ie. friends, not pple who are dating), and that "it [kissing] happens all the time?!" like, argh! we SO do not kiss our normal friends as greetings, and even if you did, we don't do it on the LIPS. ARGH!!!
