random thoughts - girls and boys
I've always been one to be bombarded by random thoughts which i think about through and through, but i've never really mentioned them. Anyhow, today's topic is the injustice the creator of humans, be it God in the religious sense or God in general or Evolution, has given to the females. And it's not even my time of the month yet, so my reasoning can't be clouded, with the exception of the argument that females have been made to suffer. unjustly.
so basically, if you think about it, the only thing guys get naturally, is pretty much prostrate cancer. and that's only IF you get it. and that's got nothing to do with "sacrificing comfort for the sake of the next generation." but girls are in pain on a monthly basis just to PREPARE for the next generation, and then when they're pregnant, they get uncomfortable for 9 months, and then at birth, they're in pain for at least a day. and then while taking care of the baby, nursing will likely be a bit painful sometimes. and then the Cycle of Eternal Pain starts up again. and after menopause you get a whole bunch of other problems. pain or none. not to mention, anytime ANYthing happens to a girl, it's told by her body to her brain by pain or discomfort (or a state of being that has the potential of hurting if pressed upon, etc).
i mean, seriously, either our creator was sexist or it was a male dom.
you could maybe say it's some sort of twisted "survival of the fittest" thing (that wasn't actually Darwin, but what the hell, it's one theory anyhow) so that i dunno, the most sturdy potential mother can be preared for the pain of birthing, or so that the men can choose the best female to mother the kids or something. but, considering either most or relatively equal amounts of hte population is equal, that whole selection process is a little outdated. not to mention, with our modern medicine, the creator must be rolling in its grave. or in its clouds, or space dust, or whatever.
and even the cases of female/male discomfort distribution in other animals or beings leans towards females getting the crappier side of the deal. Female cats ovulate because the act of sex is painful. Sure, male mantis' get killed while trying to enjoy the fuitful acts of pleasure, but then most female insects are on their own to find a good nest location and to make the nest, be it digging a hole or whatever. they might have the tools, sure, but don't you think it would be nicer if the guys helped a little, like the dung beetles? instead of chasing after the next pale green thing, that is.
or maybe you pple in biology have already studies WHY human femals are stuck to the underside of the deal. if so, let me know. this topic of today's random thoughts brought lots of random laughs and random spurts of anger, but remember, it's all just curiosity that my wierd brain cooks up.
oh, and today's my 1-kyu kempo exam. *sweat* yaro is no longer in attendence (for hte time being, possibly, or permanently, i dunno) so i will have to take turns with xiang. nothing against, it just ups my nervousness of the thing... and i crapped out on the essays too. >.< argh. and the stupid counts for the solo forms.... argh.....
