And there it goes again...
Fanime has come and gone once more~
And I was once more immediately thrown back into work and crazy shifts again, hence why this is being written a week AFTER Fanime's over... ; A ;
Despite all the craziness and ABSOLUTE CHAOS the first couple of days was, and those who went know EXACTLY what I'm talking about, this year ended really well~!
I got to see many friends I haven't seen in ages and share a table with my buddy~! It's been a long while since I've seen anyone due to work, so being able to chill and draw like the good ol' days was a great feeling. It was also great sharing a table again, especially if it helps my buddy start sailing on getting her art out there. Unfortunately due to her work and a TON of obligations, she wasn't as prepared as she wanted to be this year, but she'll pull through. We just gotta go and sign up for more cons so she continues to dish out the work. It's also an incentive for me as well. >W<
Still, I had fun running back and forth between my hotel and artist alley and just chilling with friends at night while trying to get some commissions done. KEYWORD: TRYING
THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by my table, even to just oogle at my prints and Jelliz or go "OMG LOOK JELLYFISH~!" I wasn't too sure how they would be received, despite how frequent the inquiries were last year, so I was pleasantly surprised at the turnout. I really appreciated that and was really happy to see people's faces light up as they passed by my table. It also got people to look at my artwork as well, and sales were good too on that side.
I've been thrown back into my crazy hours at work and this is my first day off since Fanime, so those who commissioned me, both drawing and crochet, it will take a bit of time, but bear with me~
