- icon is too simple, and not a great crop
- unfortunately, there is nothing to it... no interesting coloring, not text or anything
+ Both the cropping & coloring are nice

+ the blue texture really works and brings out the colour of their clothes. The words are fitting
- the texture doesn't fit with the icon...

- The background of the icon is very bright, so it overpowers the icon

+ due to the text use, although the coloring is too yellow
