WE ARE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!
So my college, Eastern Washington University, played tonight in Frisco, Texas against Delaware for the title of our division as National Champions. The first half we were down by 19 points, the score being 19-0 and then, in the 3rd quarter, we scored a touchdown and it was starting to pick up from there. In the final quarter, we scored another touchdown and with 2:47 left on the fourth quarter clock, we scored again and were up 20-19. Delaware had possession and we managed to make them turn over with 47 seconds left in the game. A Hollywood ending to a stressful, hair ripping game. Our team has never gone to the finals and today, we made history! WE ARE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!!!
